"This townhouse was just what we needed for a few days to relax! It has the quintessential lake feel! The beds were comfy and the house was clean. The owner was quick with any questions we had. "Property grounds and location are AMAZING. House is on the smaller side, especially if sharing with a separate family (no bathroom in upstairs loft area), but if you plan to be outdoors all day (and you should!), it really doesn’t matter. Host was super responsive. Overall, a great trip. "

"Great communication with hosts! Very nicely laid out accommodations, great for hosting large families! Another perk, being able to bring our family pets! So thankful they got to live their best life in the water and the yard! Love the porch and bed swing! The dock was nice with nice layout! The additional option to rent the pontoon boat was a bonus! "The home is beautiful inside & out. Every amenity needed some. Perfect setting on the lake. My family & friends loved it, and we hope to come back next summer. Maybe we won't have as much rain! Nevertheless, even with the rain, we had a fabulous time & reunion with family & friends."

"Host was great! Home was very nice and clean. Lake views were amazing. Blackstone worked well for cooking for our large group. Lake Martin is a beautiful lake. Rented a pontoon from Skiers Marine and they were great too. We had them deliver to the house dock and that worked great. Very enjoyable time!!"

"This property was as advertised! Great views and nice deep water. Easy to dock a boat as well. All the outdoor toys were terrific. The vintage video games were a plus for the kids. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a great time at the lake. "

"We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful. It was clean when we arrived and we loved the balcony that overlooked the lake. Our only complaint would be that the hot water supply was a little low if two people were showering at the same time. Other than that we had a wonderful stay at this property. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!"
