"A fantastic hotel which is host to wonderful staff, a very welcoming, accommodating, friendly and helpful team. The pool is small but it wasn’t busy and the rest of the spa facilities are top notch. For shomer shabbat guests the hotel provides candle lighting, shabbat keys, hot water urn plus teas/coffee. "

"這是第二度造訪。 旅館經理及其他櫃檯服務人員非常有耐心的服務，房務清潔人員也都非常用心打掃。 旅館附設的餐廳早餐雖然簡單，但品質很好。 樓頂的小游泳池也別去特色，是適合做日光浴的地方 特別值得一提的是～ 退房離開到別城市後，發現從保險箱拿取的東西漏掉一包錢。經過反應後，第二天一大早告知沒有找到。但是當天傍晚再度來信息，說明找到了我遺漏的小錢袋。真是令人非常的驚喜與感動。 這也促成了未來第二次造訪這個城市的理由了喔！"
