"A fantastic hotel which is host to wonderful staff, a very welcoming, accommodating, friendly and helpful team. The rooms are great and implement lovely artistic decor to a cosy room, the bed was very comfortable and firm, allowing for a healthy rest. The room also have refrigerator and safe and shower is amazing too. "Amazing place, at the most beautiful area of old Jaffa. Room and common spaces are well thought after, with uinque and luxurious items and overall feel. Food at Breakfast was one of the best I have eaten at any hotel. Only thing I would improve is the fact there was no snaks at the mini bars (empty with a few sodas/mineral water) and that the towels are small and feels cheap (by any standard)."

"這是第二度造訪。 旅館經理及其他櫃檯服務人員非常有耐心的服務，房務清潔人員也都非常用心打掃。 旅館附設的餐廳早餐雖然簡單，但品質很好。 樓頂的小游泳池也別去特色，是適合做日光浴的地方 特別值得一提的是～ 退房離開到別城市後，發現從保險箱拿取的東西漏掉一包錢。經過反應後，第二天一大早告知沒有找到。但是當天傍晚再度來信息，說明找到了我遺漏的小錢袋。真是令人非常的驚喜與感動。 這也促成了未來第二次造訪這個城市的理由了喔！"

"From booking to check in the service was friendly and efficient. The hotel has a massive parking garage it costs extra but is within reson. The breakfast is what you would expect at any good hotel with plenty of verity and great service. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The shower was amazing like standing under a water fall. Would recommend and will 100% stay there again. "
