"A beautiful easy access place right on the springs. Fun for adults and children alike while communing with nature. Well supplied and beautifully decorated."

"We loved our stay . The home was so nice, clean and organized! Loved being on the water and walking to the nearby restaurant and having the Beach area so close! One of our favorite vaca’s! Amazing hosts! "

"The Resort is really nice. I met some of the staff at the pool and they are very nice and ask how my stay is going, if i need anything, is there anything broken that needs attention. Check in was quick. The office staff very nice as well. The pool area is beautiful, awesome musice, there's a bar and an adult pool. Fin for everyone. The Resort has beautiful sunsets. I plan to go back as soon as I can get days off again. "

"This rental property is right on the magical Weeki Wachee River and has a private dock with steps going right down in the water making it easy to use the kayaks that are provided. The unit has a wonderful screened in deck where we stayed much of the time to enjoy the view of the river. The beds are super comfortable, and the entire apartment is roomy and comfy. The property is very private, and it is perfect for us. This is our second stay here, and we plan to come back several more times!"

"We had a wonderful relaxing time with my brother and his wife. The apartment was lovely, clean and very comfortable.We love sitting by the water, walking to the beach and swimming in the pool."

"For being a 100 year old house it was a great stay. Could use some updates. The laundry is not user friendly. Shower is not made for anyone that is tall. The beds were very comfortable. "

"The little house on the river is adorable! Everything about that home made it feel so cozy and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway for my husband and I with our kids. We were able to bond with the games provided. We even seen manatee and dolphins in the river. The extra fans in the house made it even more comfortable. I definitely have to come back again! "

"This was our fourth stay here and always a great time. This time we seen otters, dolphins and manatees all from the dock. The recent upgrades made this stay even better than before. We plan to stay again next year! "

"A mom and 5 teen soccer players loved staying at this condo. We loved the quaint, retro nature of the place. The beach was quiet and literally a few steps away. The pool was right there for another swimming option during our time after our tournament games. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, towels etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was 45 min to the Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa, 12 min to Clearwater if you want more "action". No restaurants or shops in walking...

"Had a great stay. Fantastic location, away from the hustle and bustle of the hotels and condos area of the beach. Just steps away from the beach. Loved it. Also, I’ve stayed at quite a few Vrbos and I must say Joe is the best property manager. Very kind and communicative. I appreciate everything about our stay. Thanks Joe!"
