"Parking was spacious. All the Yorktown attractions were very close. The staff were attentive ."

"The elevator is not working and I was on the 3rd floor. The carpeting was worn and not very clean. The lobby and hallway were hot. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and waffles. The steam is safe, across from an indoor mall. The bed was lumpy, but i have to admitted the sheets and towels looked brand new. For the price it's not bad for a night or 2."

"My mattress was used often to the point it was no longer firm and hurt my back. The staff was friendly though. The ice machines were not running. It was clear that there was a strong scent of marijuana throughout the third floor and I was appalled that some guests were entering the property after 10pm holding children that were passed out and reeking of the smell of marijuana. I pray they were t hot boxing the kids to put them to sleep. The location was just ok but for what Onoaid I could...

"Clean room and cool air conditioning! The breakfast was okay. The shower could use more water pressure. Overall I was satisfied with my stay."

"Worse hotel Iv ever stayed in . Broken ac ,dirty bathrooms ,outdated rooms ,bloody sheets ,3 room moves, a very unprofessional management team spend your money else where this place is a joke. I was very reasonable and respectful never caused an issue the owner is very disgusting hangs up the phone on customers and corporate doesn’t give a solution just very stand offish even lied and said I was still at the hotel when I checked out 8 hours after I arrived . do better ."

"My room was very clean. I have not found any bugs in the room nor is there a harsh smell in the room. The area where the Belmont Inn and Suites is located is very very quiet. The gentleman who checked me in was very helpful. The air conditioner in the room was perfect. I feel very safe staying here alone. This was my second time staying at the Belmont Inn & Suites. I have made arrangements to stay another five days at the Belmont in November. The Belmont Inn & Suites is reasonably priced. There...

"The guy remembered me from my last stay. The kids enjoyed the pool. The place was clean and location convenient to everything"

"The staff were pleasant but we had trouble getting help with a piece of medical equipment when we were ready to leave. The location is quiet and the breakfast was good. Our only real complaint was that the floor in our room wasn't that clean. It seemed a bit sandy underfoot from the get go."

"Just don't.....trust me. We walked into our room, looked around, and left. Smell was horrible, sheets were disgusting, bathroom was tiny and outdated. Definitely not worth the price....it's a $39.99 hotel at best."
