The property looked nice. But there were several issues of concern I listed below.
There was no bathmat, no hand towels, and no washcloths in the room when I arrived. I could not call the front desk since the telephone in the room had no dial tone, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for the missing items. Also, there was no toilet brush, no towel racks, and no hook on the bathroom door that in usually standard for hotels rooms. There were no plastic cups or coffee cups in the room.
The breakfast had cereal, a waffle maker, a few yogurts, and apples. It lacked many items such as a toaster, bread, bagels, and muffins. The only fruit was the apples both days I stayed and the Orange juice dispenser had a broken sign on it both days I stayed. This was the most disappointing breakfast available in any hotel where breakfast was offerred. There was nobody available at checkout that could discuss these issues, as there was only a sign when a phone number for emergencies. I had the impression that the staff was trying to cut costs especially with the breakfast, Even though I paid for the hotel in advance through Expedia, the hotel collected an $18 charge when I checked in. No sure was that was for.
I have enjoyed staying many times in Quality Inn brands of hotels, I did not enjoy my stay in this hotel for the reasons mentioned and the lack of customer service with the staff.
