"Such a great stay! Some of the staff were excellent to work with and have conversations with. The room was large and quaint. The pool was secluded and fairly quiet. Convenient location for walking to eat and explore. The only issue we had was the shower only out out hot water and we couldn’t take a shower because it was too hot. They told us the plumber could not come on the weekend. We had the option to switch to a queen room or keep or king room. Apart from that issue this was a great place...

"We had a suite and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed the sitting area. The pool and hot tub area were very nice. The check in staff was so friendly. We loved it was historical. Be aware it is historical and although there have been upgrades, it is an older home. Overall it was great and we would return. "

"We loved our stay here! We stayed in the La Sirena suite which is at the very top of the building. Below I list some 'cons' but they weren't really cons - more of considerations for those who might be sensitive to certain factors. Pros: - Excellent location - relatively chill block but close to so much. - R Bar on the ground floor is a great no frills neighborhood bar with mix of locals and tourists. Lively but not overly crowded, superb staff, and old school movies playing on the big screen....

"I want to discourage everyone from staying at the Royal Frenchman… in order to keep this place to myself! Don’t stay here if want a modern hotel, with many modern amenities, lacking in character and charm. Don’t stay if colorful staff with a passion for the music of New Orleans ( which they bring nightly to the hotel lobby or courtyard) is not your thing. Don’t stay if listening to music wafting in from Frenchman street late into the night seems annoying. But you have a passion for the people,...

"Perfect retreat for my celebration of life trip to NOLA! The Bunk House room is a gem with its unique, solid bunk bed and dreamy wall art creating a magical ambiance. Though not large, the room is thoughtfully organized, feeling spacious and functional. The powerful AC and fan were lifesavers in the heat, and the shower's water pressure was incredible after city explorations. Loved the practical touches - great coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave for storing late-night po' boys from NOLA...

"Loved this property. It’s older but yet updated! And who doesn’t want to come stay at an original historic location!! Quaint. Pool was nice. Rooms are very spacious. Staff was awesome!!! "

"We have stayed at Inn on St Ann several times, and stayed in different rooms. This particular room #75 was clean and quiet, upstairs in the main building. And thank you to Nicole for her help when we checked in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who loves the small historical hotels. The courtyard is peaceful to sit in. We will be back there in October🙂"
