"Huge wow factor when you come in. It’s a recently converted 130 year old school with high ceilings and beautiful rooms. Fully outfitted to cook your own meals. A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more."

"For a dated hotel, it was worth the price!! The staff was the best!!! From the valet staff, to the concierge, to the front desk team, cleaning staff, and the breakfast staff…the people were GREAT!!! They made the stay worth every penny. I look forward to going back and hopefully some renovations will have been made. The hotel is due some updates and upgrades. Hopefully, the staff is and will be properly compensated for their value as to keep them on payroll. The staff goes above and beyond and...
