Què no li ha agradat: Comoditats, estat de l’allotjament i instal·lacions
This was one of the worst hotel stays I think I have ever had. Our first night, a couple was arguing until almost 5 am. They were constantly shouting and hitting the walls. They then moved out into the hallway and when I asked them to be quiet, the woman stated that she would "beat my a$$". We tried to call the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. Later that morning, we requested to change rooms but we were told they were full and would not have another room until later. When we were finally moved to a different room, it was extremely hot because the air was not working and it smelled very strongly of marijuana. We then had to go back to the front desk where we were then told that the rooms around us were no longer occupied and we could just stay in our original room. Why we weren't told that before we packed all of our belongings and tried to move rooms, I'm not sure. The hotel itself seems dated and the elevators were very questionable. They constantly made clanking noises and shook the whole time you were on it. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
