Steps from Magazine St. and a short walk to the streetcar, this 3 bedroom/2 bath duplex has been recently renovated and is perfect for your New Orleans experience. The owner lives on the first floor and the guest quarters are upstairs.

A stroll down a cobblestone path leads you through a beautifully landscaped tropical garden to a perfect little hideaway. This private courtyard is for the guests sole use and provides both dining and relaxing in this charming New Orleans garden. Open the front door to a fully-stocked kitchen and conveniently located bathroom. The bedrooms, an open living room, reading nooks and a large bathroom all await you upstairs. An ideal layout for families, friends, couples, and dog-lovers ready to paint the town.

Cindy's home is a true urban oasis. As soon as you enter her charming rear yard, you are transported away from the city. In April, a refreshing breeze swept in from the river bringing fragrant aromas in through the windows. The rental is very clean and offers a never ending supply of clean towels. There is space for the whole family. This was such a better experience for us and our two teen boys vs. a hotel room.

We enjoyed a great trip to New Orleans just after Mardi Gras. The rental was just as depicted, Very clean, comfortable and all the amenities with very comfortable beds! Street parking is easy, location is ideal to explore the city. In good weather you will love the beautiful yard! We had no issue but older renters should be aware that kitchen is on ground level and living and bedrooms are on second floor. Cindy is a great host- friendly and helpful if needed. We had a great experience and highly recommend this rental!

Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had the best time. Cindy was a very helpful and lovely host! It was very comfortable and clean for all of us and we loved her quaint backyard. We only stayed 7 days and really wished we had stayed 10! I highly recommend staying here.

The property was spotless and very welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been better—just around the corner from Magazine Street, which offered great shopping and dining, and within walking distance to the trolley for easy access to all the best attractions. Cindy was a wonderful host, always attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
