Què no li ha agradat: Neteja, personal i servei
This property is located in the perfect spot giving access to the venues and within walking distance to Canal & Bourbon Street. The take away was the unfriendly staff that checked me in after my 4pm arrival, so much as, to not even greet me but asked for my name and identification. Once checked into room, the room was absolutely beautiful but the restroom wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been but Housekeeping took great care of my concerns. My daughter finally arrived to check into her room only to be told that management canceled her room and she was given an invoice with a card to call to try to retrieve her funds and management was gone for the evening. I went to the front desk to see how to assist my daughter and the young lady at the front desk says she could put her in a room only for that night but mama you’re gonna have to let her stay in your room. We were there for the WGU graduation with a family of 12 and the next day we had to help family members move their things from that room into the 2 rooms we had and this had to be done before the 9AM arrival time for the graduation. We were told to check back after 11AM but was told there were no rooms available. Thankfully the sectional sofas in the suites were accommodating but wasn’t as comfortable as the bed but we did what we had to do for the remainder of our stay. We checked out with no problems and still no management to explain why the room was canceled needless to say I left disappointed.
