"We had a great stay. The property is clean and just like the photos show. Our only complaint would be road noise. Unfortunately, there was road construction. I think due to that closure more traffic than normal was by the house. No fault to the owner and hopefully they finish that up soon."

"This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return."

"If you want the best location in Vermilion, look no further!!! Steps from the beach (about 2 min walk, even with a toddler in tow!), right above all the shops and restaurants you could ever want… it was truly a treasure to get to stay at this sweet spot! Mike, the host was kind, timely and attentive to our questions and needs. "Communication with the host was great, but the house itself had a smell to it and didn’t seem very clean (we swept up pet hair from the floor that didn’t belong to us). We also had cop cars with sirens on the road twice during the night. We decided to go home vs. stay for our second night. The pictures posted make the place look in better shape than reality. Overall, it met our needs, but I would not stay here again. "
