"Wonderful house!! Quiet neighborhood. Very homey. Cute- had all the things we needed for a short stay. A bit confusing getting in the house. Also no list of things to do. Where to put trash? Dirty linens and towels? "

"This was an awesome place to stay. The accommodations were excellent—nothing about the space felt cheap or poorly done. Even though we didn’t need much, it had everything necessary for a comfortable and luxurious stay away from home."

"Great little spot for a couple nights in town. The amount of local awesome in a couple of block walk is amazing. If you're wanting to hang in downtown Chillicothe don't skip this place! "

"Very quaint place and great location. I highly recommend staying here. However, if you have problems climbing stairs ask about their other VRBO property on site. Met the owners and were such a joy to talk with. Cat is also great to work with - good communicator. "

"What a nice oasis on a long trip on the road! I stayed here with my two children en route to converge on the coast with the rest of our party, and this was the midpoint.The plants are great, I am actually expecting to catch heat from my plant loving partner who wasn't with us yet I assessed the residence for privacy concerns and found nothing unusual with IR/EM and rf scanning. "We had a yearly golf outing down in the Washington Court House area and this place was great for our group. The place is very accommodating for large groups and has a great outdoor space. Communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, we would definitely stay here again in the future as the place has everything you need for a great and relaxing stay. "
