"Host was quick to respond to any issues. It was very quiet and staff was nice. Room had a few issues, tub wouldn't stop so couldn't bathe the baby. Previous guest let toiletries and medication in a draw of thw vanity. A hazard for a child. Host apologized. First time a host asked that you take any used garbage bags out and placed in an outside bin."

"When I arrived to the room it was really warm in there, I figured out how to turn the ac on and it cooled off some but the room remained warm. The bed was extremely comfortable and cozy, the room was very clean. Unfortunately the tv didn’t work and the restaurant staff downstairs were very loud and you could hear everything, at times they were cussing and yelling, made my stay unsatisfactory, the front door had a squeak to it so every time someone came through you heard it. Probably won’t stay...

Also very close (located at the entrance of the community) to mineral springs spa resort if you're interested in a day trip to the spa without having to pay the resort nightly costs. Plenty of restaurants close by and supermarket 10 mins away. Loved staying here and would definitely come back."

"Eva was an amazing host and an incredible cook! We didn't know what to expect, but the place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and her hospitality and friendliness above and beyond. "We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us. Perfect place for our stay with everything we needed. Thank you so much!"

It would be helpful to have additional trash bags readily available, beyond those already in the waste bins. 2. The fuse for the downstairs bedroom and bathroom frequently tripped. "We loved our stay here. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! I slept like a baby the entire trip. Checking in/out was easy. We absolutely will be coming back for round two asap - highly recommend staying here ! "
