"We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back!"

"I was very impressed with this "hotel". It is more of an AirBB as your unit is an apartment in an apartment building with permant residents. It comes nicely furnished, including basic kitchen essentials (like service for four, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc). All of the amenities are modern, and the in-unit washer dryer is a huge plus. I also really appreciated some of the welcome gifts, including some coffee/tea, laundry detergent, and your basic hygiene essentials. Property communicates...

"Our family stayed here for my youngest wedding at our house. It was perfect because they brought their dog with them from Connecticut. It was scenic and had queen beds for my brother and sister in law and their adult children. Owner was extremely communicative and straight forward. We rented three other properties in Northport and none were as responsive as Richard was. "This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. "

"The photos definitely misrepresent the quality of the property. The house is very dirty (lots of stains) and a little on the creepier side. However, if you have a good group of friends who can have fun anywhere, you’ll enjoy the rental."

"Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable beds, designated free parking, full kitchen, and always felt safe. We all enjoyed watching the marmot out our bedroom window! (Currently there is construction on the house next door, so the view out the dining area isn't great.) Was disappointed there were only 4 pods for the Keurig for 4 people for 3 mornings. (Coffee in the morning is important to us.) Responses from owner were on occasion slow. Overall it was a very nice stay!"

"We were able to spend a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday with my son and his wife in New York. My family came with me for their first visit to New York. The house was comfortable and spacious. It allowed all of us to play, read, relax and be together as a family. "
