"Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette.
A couple of improvements:
-Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept.
-Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable.

"Rooms were very clean, well decorated however bathrooms were not. Parking was accessible and perfect. Some appliances did not work like iron stained my clothes and coffee machine did not work. Everything else was fine. "

"Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch.
FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor.
The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe.
Rent with caution. "

"Cute house with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Maritza was super communicative. My only negative was one of the neighbors was blasting music fairly late into the night. Not sure if it was just because it was a holiday weekend. Otherwise no complaints at all! "
