The host communication was amazing and accommodating when I was late arriving also concerned which was so sweet! Everything was picture perfect, comfortable, quiet and secure. Owner was very receptive Studio had everything we needed such as sundry items...coffee pods, sugar, salt pepper and earplugs...to drown out the load seagulls. Short walk to the Ampitheater. Classic art deco buildings along the walk and quite few decent restaurants"

"The property was incredible and the house was spacious and well-appointed. It would be beneficial to have more information about the use of appliances included in the manual as the house is very modern and some of the operation of some of the kitchen appliances (sink, microwave and dishwasher) were not particularly intuitive. The house was spacious, comfortable, unassuming and absolutely lovely! "

"We were looking to book a shorter week in Fairfield to check out the university. This property allowed a shorter stay, which was extremely convenient for us. The location was a short drive to the university and within walking distance to the beach. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous. All levels were tastefully decorated, the house was clean, well lit, and included all modern amenities. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and responded in a timely manner.
