"The living room carpet needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced. You could not walk on it barefoot. The sofa was sunk in on one end - you had to put a pillow under it to even sit comfortably. Also, the cot in the living room was shaky and sunken. All four of the kitchen chairs were shaky, one so much so that we had to remove it so no one would sit on it and have it break. The thermostat was set on 68, which was too cold for us. It was programmed, so we could not change the setting. I...

"The apartment was on the first floor so no walking up stairs. It was right across from the movie theatre and all the shopping/restaurants!! It was a perfect location for our stay while at the soccer tournament at Beavercreek, just 10 min down the road. The host was very accommodating and responsive! Loved the little place and the beds were SO comfortable. I slept GREAT! I usually have issues with my back with staying in another bed other than my own, but not this one. Would definitely stay here...
