"Every little detail was thought out in this little cabin. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. We cooked one meal and had the basic spices needed. Towels were soft and plush. Bedding was nice and comfy. "

"We enjoyed staying at Peaceful Songbird Cottage, which was super clean and well stocked. We appreciated the ability to use the spaces indoors and out! We stayed long term and found all we needed to cook daily breakfasts and dinners. We had a truck, 14 foot trailer and a motorcycle, with plenty of parking for all. We were able to walk from the cottage to Canyon Lake Dam, spotting deer along the way, which was perfect. Canyon Lake was a good central location to explore Hill Country. The hosts were...

"Overall a decent place to stay. There are a number of things that are not necessarily deal breakers but I would have liked to have known beforehand. The biggest one for me is that the cabin, and more importantly the firepit and hammock, are about 20 feet from the road. It is a quiet road, though, without much traffic. They do provide some firewood to use if there's not a burn ban on.There were a number of dirty spots on the sink, cabinets, and toilet lid that were easily cleanable, not stains,...

"The stay was fantastic. The hot tub was ready when we checked in. It was nice to relax in after a long day. The fire pit and hammock are nice amenities. It was very close to downtown Wimberley. Also close to Blue Hole Recreational Area. Great for a couples getaway."
