Lovely 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, newly updated townhome with loft overlooking the water. Has one king size bed and two fold out twin beds. Beautiful new high-end furniture throughout. Updated kitchen with high-end appliances and fully stocked with coffee. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use as well. Peaceful and serene environment. For a small daily fee, you can use the nearby indoor and outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts, mini-golf and much more.

The price was right but that is it. No hot water in the kitchen sink, the mattress needs to be replaced, the outlets in both bathrooms don't work, the controls on the heat AC were locked in place and you could not reprogram them, some of the pillows on the bed stunk, there is a rodent of some sort underneath the stairs making noise. I cannot recommend staying here at all.

Near Marina

- The quality of appliances, furnishings, and amenities are high for a rental. - Not a first floor, consider that if carrying many bags. Bedroom is upstairs. - Not too far from New Bern but takes time to arrive at Fairfield Harbour from the main road. - Noise varies with current neighbors, easily transmitted from adjoining townhome. - There is beach house mustiness that permeates, not highly offensive, but clearly noticeable at the kitchen sink. Owner offered to investigate during my stay. - Nice area to walk. - Balcony faces a small man-made lake.

Honeymoon Retreat

When I tell you this place is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you will ever need. Everything looks practically new. We selected this location the night before we were supposed to leave for our honeymoon in Gatlinburg. We will be staying here again.

Clean and updated

We had a nice 3 night stay here. It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had new high end appliances. It also had what looked to be brand new washer and dryer that we did not end up using. The listing did mention a hair dyer is provided and I did not find that anywhere, which was a little disappointing since I did not pack one for that reason. The only things we did not enjoy was the bed and bedding was low quality and not the most comfortable. I would recommend at least bringing your own pillows. There was also a unique smell on the unit that was possibly from cleaning supplies that was quite strong too if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing. Overall, I would recommend for small families or couples! The area was nice and we loved the porch that overlooked the pond.

Before the divorce, this property was a part of my Fairfield timeshare before it was bought out by Wyndham Resorts. Always enjoyed this place and I was happy to be able to experience it again. The host was excellent and was responsive to all of my inquiries. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

We absolutely loved this place after staying in a non updated condo nearby the last few years. Very clean and updated. Super nice appliances. Great location as well. Comfortable bed. We will book again next time!

Wedding trip

My husband and I stayed here for four nights with our two young adult children. The townhouse was extremely clean, nicely furnished, well appointed and the space excellent for “ needing a place to land.” We were in New Bern for a special wedding. While being near our friends’ home, we also went to Indian beach twice and spent an afternoon at the inviting recreation center pool for a small fee. The young people slept on the pullout furniture which was fine for a few days. There are 2 bathrooms with one shower but we made it work with good timing. Dining at Capt Rattys and MJ’s was great, New Bern quaint. One issue first day but owner responded within minutes.

Weekend getaway

This place was extremely clean and well set up, very nice and quiet place that feels like its own world in Fairfield Harbour. The blue chair in the living space was lovely and the kitchen was excellent to cook in and doing the dishes was a breeze with the sink set up.

Very clean and well decorated. Bed was comfy. Had everything we needed. There is a shared, locked door with the neighbors, but it wasn't an issue for us. Would stay here again.
