"Oh my goodness. So many great things to talk about regarding this place! Pictures don't lie! The place is as beautiful and clean as the pictures look. Easy to find. Spacious parking spots. And I mean SPACIOUS. Big truck? No problem. SUV with bike rack? Easy fit. LOVE the rinse off area in the carport. LOVE the foyer where there's plenty space to leave all shoes (we dont wear shoes in the house). PRO TIP: If you're going to rinse off before entering the house, make sure you have towels to dry off...

"We had four generations aging 1-85 years old and it was a wonderful time for everyone!! The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is perfect with a very large yard for the kids to play plus the beach and water is safe for the little ones to play for hours. "Small family get together on the beach. Actually got sunsets! Near everything fun. Loved the place has its own stairs down to the beach. Only problem is bathroom is on first floor, nothing upstairs where bedrooms are. "

"Quiet area, fire pit was nice, with free parking. Clean linens, futon pulls out into bed. Half the price of neighboring rooms. Right off 101, block away from the beach. Love the area, thank you for the stay!"

"The unit was clean and comfortable. Great base to adventure from. Rockaway beach is not overrun and the unit is quiet. The Indian food truck beside it is great. The place was as advertised. A small older motel. Like many beach motels it shows wear but it was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive. "

"Perfect house for our family reunion. Very clean , well stocked kitchen with 2 dishwashers! Owner communicated with us regularly and was understanding when one of the children damaged a picture frame. "

"The house is older than I gathered from online photos, but was fine. The kitchen has everything you might need, much better-supplied than most places. Books, games,lots of streaming stations on big TV. Wood fireplace in L.R. & propane firepit on deck.We were greeted with a nice guest basket in the frig: wine, cheese, chocolate. Enough pillows & blankets for an army. Queen bed in 1 room. Other has bunk beds with full-sized mattresses-actually quite comfy. Notebook with lots of info, how-to's and...

"This home was very comfortable for 13 adults and 4 kids under 5 years old. Another bathroom would have been nice, but... The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. The best kitchen we've ever had. Only needed a small saucepan. A few issues, the ice maker and water on the fridge didn't work and the master bathroom light annoyingly flickers.I hear the grill was difficult. Cleaning wise, it could have been searched better for former guests belongings (toothpaste tubes, clothing)...
