"I don't recall seeing smoke detectors or house rules. House took a long time warm up an electric fire place on the wall would have been nice along with extra blankets. Hot water took long to warm. A dresser or chifferobe would have been nice in the bedroom . I Would suggest clearer instructions to the location of the house. "

"It was 0 degrees so we didn't use the hot tub. We did not realize from the listing that it was a double. It was centrally located for the area we were visiting and the hosts were helpful with getting us a parking spot in freezing, snowing weather for two people from Florida. "
