"Large beautiful home and comfortable beds! Property owner was very friendly. Just remember you’re in the mountains so there’s wildlife and bugs everywhere. The view of a deer strolling down the driveway while we were making dinner and a black bear through the trees as we were driving to the pool was an exciting surprise! "

"My husband and I were looking for a quiet get away. No Children and no WiFi....It was exactly what we needed! We loved the location! So remote but still close enough to town if you wanted some civilization. The cabin was clean and not only did we appreciate the attention to detail with all of the light fixtures but the artwork, deer heads and massive working fireplace were all just icing on the cake. The mattress was very comfortable and the hot tub in the evening was amazing. Loved the quaint...

"Big Canoe in itself an overall top experience. Safe, peaceful and secure. Driving to "The Nest" scenic and nature laced. When we arrived to the location the surrounding area and view awaiting beat expectations. The cabin made for two was clean, had all that one needed, and the floor to glass windows allowed the view to be experienced from kitchen to bedroom. "The property is very nice and definitely secluded. The creek was a huge hit for the kids. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. All the rooms have ample space and comfortable beds.Lots of room for our group of 15.The house's location is convenient to lots of activities in the area, as well as not too far away from Atlanta, Chattanooga, Helen, and Dahlonega "

"The cabin was super cozy and welcoming. We were only in town for a few days to celebrate a friend's wedding, and unfortunately, we did not get to spend much time at the cabin due to event schedule. Would definitely go back for a longer stay in Big Canoe!"

"This place was so nice I can’t way to come back"

"The driveway was steep and a little difficult to get out of, but the house and location were absolutely AMAZING!! I would, however, recommend a deep cleaning. We had to move furniture and sweep bottle tops, dirt and debris out before our 15 month old grandson arrived."

"Had the family together for a wedding"

"We had a great stay. We traveled with our two daughters and dog and the house had everything for a great week. The home is fully stocked and we had fun in the game room playing pool, shuffleboard, fussball and the kids favorite, the Pac-Man machine. We also used the hot tub a good bit. The area has plenty to do and we spent time golfing, playing tennis and hitting up the beach club and other swimming pools. I’d highly recommend this house to others and look forward to our next trip there."

"Thank you for sharing your beautiful guest house and property with us! Everything was truly wonderful! The house was clean, comfortable and decorated so beautifully. It felt like a spa retreat with horses. My only regret was that we weren’t there longer. I sincerely hope to stay again the next time we visit Georgia. "
