Silverking Suite is a comfortable ground-floor 1-bedroom retreat designed for ease and practicality, with room to truly settle in. It’s a great fit for guests who want a relaxed, home-style stay close to downtown Nelson and Kootenay Lake.

The open-concept layout brings together a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, creating a practical and welcoming space to unwind after a day out. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and essential cookware—ideal for day-to-day cooking or simple meals between adventures.

The private bedroom features a comfortable queen bed and useful storage, offering a restful place to recharge. A full bathroom with a tub–shower combination and artistic tile details adds extra comfort, especially for longer visits.

There is a dental office located upstairs, so light daytime foot traffic may be heard during business hours, while evenings are generally much quieter.

We has a fabulous few days at Mistiso’s Place. Maria was the perfect host and we enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting area and bedroom. Most of all, we appreciated the location; we could walk around town easily and rarely used our car. Thank you!

What an incredible host! Maria was amazing, an issue with heating and she was on it immediately - fixed within 12hrs.Beautiful spot, just off the main road so a nice walk into/out of the DT core. Great location! No issues with parking (which can be expensive DT).Will definitely stay again.

Very Quaint and Comfortable

We spent 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is a great location, walkable to everywhere in Nelson yet quiet and secluded. It had everything we needed and a nice little outdoor sitting area (2 areas). Maria was very proactive and welcoming, thanks for everything.

Perfect Location

Although this little place is ground level and downtown, it was quiet and private. We were just steps from everything and with easy close parking. It was clean and had everything we needed. The host even tipped us off to local events I would not have known about. Saturday market at Cottonwood Falls Park was so fun.

Very central location and the suite was beautiful. My daughter and I were very comfortable and it was an easy walk to the pool for her swim-meet. The co-op is just around the corner. We found the guests next door pretty loud the first night but our host was super responsive and reached out to them and we ended up having a fabulous, peaceful second night. Parking right outside is very convenient!

Maria, our hostess was wonderful. She immediately would assist you if you needed it. Located right near the restaurants, shopping and historical places are in Nelson. However, you feel secure and private tuckec away in the beautiful, historical home.

So convenient to everything!

Nelson is such a cool town, and this property is right in the heart of it. I was able to walk to dinner two nights, to the bike shop, and if i had had time to shop, it's literally a block to the edge of the downtown district. The place itself is charming and welcoming, and decorated very tastefully and artistically. For a small unit it's actually spacious, and the quality and quantity of amenities is impressive. I'd recommend to anyone to use this as a base to explore Nelson.

Nelson get away and bike trip

This property and location was excellent. We were in the Silverking suite, it was perfect for a couple. Lots of room and a full kitchen etc. The property and other suites were in excellent shape. The common bbq area was well set up and the Weber bbq was in excellent condition. We enjoyed chatting and visiting with the other guests. The location was in easy walking distance to downtown Nelson with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, patios and shopping nearby. Maria was excellent to work with throughout the booking process and upon checking in. She was readily available anytime during our stay. Great biking in the area and lots of outdoor activities for anything you would want to do. Thanks Maria, Cheers Bruce/Mare

Cute and comfy!

The suite was just right for our brief stay in Nelson. We didn't spend much time there as we were out enjoying the sun. The suite was well-equipped and the check-in process was super easy. Also a very good location for walking to town.

Great place with a great yard and patio. It could not be in a better location! You can walk to everything downtown. They even let us borrow lawn chairs and a cooler for the beach. We will be back!

Great place!

My sister and I really liked this suite. Lots of space to relax, make meals and chill out. It was close to downtown restaurants and shops. The suite was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Maria chatted with us a few times and was such a nice person full of information about where to go, where to eat and what to do. She obviously loves her suites and takes great care of her guests. Would recommend for anyone who enjoys a homey, artistic, eclectic flair to their surroundings.
