"Staff is wonderful, helpful, and efficient. Several of us stayed here and we used the shuttle to take us to events which was a great amenity. Breakfast food and staff were the best. Only negative was the cost was higher than I’ve ever paid for a room. The room was just a basic room."

"The Inn of the Governors is centrally located in Santa Fe - close to most of the points of interest. The wing we stayed at is a bit dated and can use some updating. If you are looking for a convenient location and is fine with limited room space, the Inn of the Governors will work fine. "The room was nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to meet our needs especially since our arrival was delayed by an accident that detained us for over an hour and a half. The breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast but it would have been nice to have warm dishes like most facilities have these days. "We were surprised by so many things-quiet neighborhood, well appointed room and delicious free breakfast! They had homemade marshmallows and handmade potato chips at check in—-real surprise! Delightful stay!"

"This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation."
