"The apartment itself was ok and in a good location for accessing both the city and the beach. However, there was a significant lack of staffing, with no one at the desk for the majority of our stay. This meant we couldn't resolve basic things, such as broken air-conditioning in our room, slow wifi, and access to towels for the pool (which we were informed would be available from the reception for the duration of our stay). "Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything! The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly! "This place is really special. The room design is elegant. The balcony overlooking the Venetian port is unbelievable - so beautiful. The host is super responsive and helpful with getting in and finding excellent places to eat and enjoy in Chania. They’ve thought of so many nice touches to make the stay top notch - coffee maker, chargers for mobile phones, a photo on the balcony for a fridge magnet, and more. "The staff is so nice! If you’re traveling with kids this hotel is perfect. They offer child care services for a very reasonable fee. The only downside for me is the gym was outdoor and way too small, but I’d still come back to this hotel. The rooms are cozy and spacious. We enjoyed so much our stay here."
