"The moment i walked in i felt safe with security on site 24/7. I had no issue about my safety. The staff was incredible catering to my every need from the host, to the staff at the restaurant and at the bar Patrick making some incredible drinks to the individuals that made sure I always have a clean room. Breakfast was good. I went late and as expected some of the buffet items were cold, but when I went earlier it was much better. Overall, I would most likely stay here as a transient hotel. "

"Although the property was undergoing renovations the noise was kept to a minimum and we were situated in the alternate wing across the path from the main building. Key card was deactivated several times as I had placed it by my phone. I had not had this happen in the past. But staff were quick to make it right. They are lovely. "

"It is a relatively new hotel, so still clean and not showing signs of wear and tear yet. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The only couple of issues we had were the length of time it took for our luggage to be delivered to the room, and that if things ran out at breakfast it wasn't spotted unless you pointed it out to them."

"Peaceful oasis in Karen district. Beautiful gardens, lovely tent. Great fixed price buffet supper and breakfast. Very good value for money. Some times of year school parties visit but they're out during day and catering staff still excellent despite the numbers."
