"I have to come to Valdosta once a year to preside at religious services for my church during Holy Week. It's too much to drive back and forth from home, and this propety is perfecty situated. And it's QUIET! I can rest, fix a simple meal, and just chill. That's all I want. Thanks!"

"The original house we booked had AC problems so without any hesitation, we were given another option free of charge and everything went perfectly. Water pressure in the house needs some work but besides that, the place was amazing!! Will definitely book through Lando again "

"Loved staying here for the second time! This sweet home is very clean and lovely. Staying at this home instead of a hotel afforded us room for our daughters to dress for graduation. We were able to cook for them in the well appointed kitchen. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!"

"Property was wonderful. They were able to stay parked at property and walk to the stadium so they didn't have any to deal with any conjested traffic. My brother/sis-in-law from Dallas Tx loved that they could walk the quiet neighbor in the afternoon. My baby sister and her son were from Houston and loved the way the bedrooms were spaced out giving them a sense of privacy even though they were all there together. "This cottage is so sweet, nostalgic, and cozy! It was reminiscent of my grandmother’s home in rural SC, but with all the modern conveniences. Rachel truly has thought of everything and has provided nice lighting/lamps, pillows, coffee, curtains, and has even placed charging stations bedside. The parking area at the house is sizable, plus the neighborhood is nice for walking too. We are thankful we could stay here!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, good location to VSU, open, spacious, easy checkin and check out. Property owner easy to communicate with. House exactly as pictured. Suited our needs perfectly, would stay again! Only recommendation would be a little more seating to accommodate 6 people."

"We only spent one night as we were enroute home but would have loved to linger longer in this cozy home with a wonderful porch and patio in a beautiful setting on a small lake serenaded by grease, frogs and other wildlife. Highly recommended! "

"We had a travel volleyball tournament at VSU. The location of this property allowed us to take a break in between games and come to house and get a little more comfortable for a minute. Saved a ton of money cooking in. Had plenty of room for family. Backyard was nice for coffee."

"Property was clean, convenient to town and Wild Adventures theme park. Host was excellent at communication. Only deducted a star because property was advertised with a dishwasher but it was not functional. Ice maker in fridge was not working, and the stovetop had seen heavy, heavy use. We cooked our meals and ate in, so these were things that were important to me. Sleeping accommodations and living areas were excellent however. Kitchen may not be important to everyone.
