"This is a small family run hotel with great Tanzanian pride. It is clean, very quiet, with friendly staff. The hotel was down a side street and short narrow road. But our airport driver had no issues. We took advantage of Brown. He is a tour guide thst took us around Arusha for 2 days. He handled all museums, lunch, taxis, and questions. He was much better than larger kayak or Travelocity tours. We walked 1 km down the road to embers restaurant if you feel adventurous.This experience...

"Room was very nice. It had hot water!!!! 3 months here and that's gotta be the hottest shower I have had ..the view was exceptional. Getting there wasn't easy but once your there it was very nice. I had some trouble with booking as I accidentally booked the week after but it was fixed. Very good manager. Rooms were very clean and surprisingly cool without air conditioning unit."

"Great stay when booking on line for cheaper price. Very clean, decent rooms for price nice and cool even with out AC, good breakfast considering price with great roof top view of mountain. Only issue is hot water some times did work and wifi was super spotty working only 10% of time if you can connect. "

"The room was very comfortable, and cleaned spotlessly every day. The breakfast was varied and tasty and it was a delight to sit out enjoying eating it in the peaceful and beautiful gardens. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and were always smilling. We stayed there for 2 weeks except for 4 days climbing Mount Meru. "I love this hotel! It’s clean and super safe (they have a security guard at the gate). The staff is helpful and welcoming. They can help you find restaurants, get a a taxi, even just answer questions about Tanzanian culture. Most speak very good English. The owner is onsite almost everyday and really nice.
