"This hotel is not in the centre of Arusha but you can walk if you want (should not be more than 15 minutes). Book a higher grade room, standard is too small (bathroom uncomfortable, no place to leave anything), and you can hear others. No mosquito net but then it is not needed. Staff are really very nice, and the restaurant is fantastic, highly recommended if you are patient. We did not try the pool but surely is a bonus."

"Ishara Lodge was one of the best places I've found to stay in Arusha. The property is incredible with so many nice walking paths among the beautiful trees and beautiful gardens. The staff were unbelievably helpful with every one of our needs and kept us comfortable the whole time. "This review follows a separate booking issue we encountered. We had reserved five rooms, and upon arrival, we were asked to pay an additional US$10 per person for breakfast, despite the property listing stating that breakfast was included for all rooms. The next day, the hotel manager spoke with us directly, explained the miscommunication with Expedia, and offered a solution. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. "El hotel está hermoso, los jardines, alberca, lobby etc. El personal muy amable. El problema son los baños de las habitaciones, regaderas llenas de moho negro muy visible por todos lados, creo que carecen de un básico mantenimiento. Muebles sucios y golpeados."
