"Clean good location"

"The room is very spacious and clean. It is very well suited for family stays. It has a little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. The staff are very friendly yet professional, specially Charles and Yoyo who are extremely helpful. The location is also wonderful, it’s quiet but near transit and is almost about 20 minutes away from the busy tourist hubs in Tokyo. Will go back tot his hotel in our next visit."

"Rooms are spacious, with modern amenities. All day Espressos / lattes in the lounge, along with DJ - drinks during Happy hour. Rooftop bar has excellent cocktails - good music. The staff is very accommodating - booking reservations and making great suggestions to exploring neighbourhoods around Tokyo."

"Seamless check in and check out experience. Complimentary items such as toothbrush, hairbrush, face mask, and other items at the lobby is a lovely offer. The property is modern and clean (there are a few dated scratches and marks on walls but that’s just usual wear). The rooms are rather small but if you stay organized, you’ll be fine. Having a 7/11 on premises with direct access through the hotel entrance is a plus. All in all a great experience. "

"The hotel is generally good, but the Deluxe room is misrepresented on Expedia. Got 2 rooms on 3rd and 4th floor. Payed extra for room size and City View but actually got a street view. Management changed us on the second day to a higher floor, but changing is always a hassle. Room size represented as 380 sqft is actually 15% less. The area is in a night club spot, not optimal for families at night. There’s an excellent coffee house across the street, good for breakfast, and is close to Shibuya...

"Very pleasant hotel in a nice area of Tokyo. Quiet and clean. Closely connected to metro stations. Close convenience stores for those late night snack runs. The lounge was very nice to have and I used the fitness centre which was very clean. Room was spacious with a nice view. Would stay here again."

"This was my first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, needless to say I will definitely be returning. From the beginning of my arrival to the check out, I was treated like a king by all the staff. I didnt have to lift a finger getting my luggage from my cab to my room or my room to the airport. Check in was seamless. The daily breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options, the teppanyaki restaurant, incredible, steakhouse delightful. The sushi spot also to die for. Especially the matcha...
