"Free snacks, free beer from 5 to 6. If you put out the do not disturb sign, they leave a bag next to your door that include new bottles of water, clean towels, and toiletries. Hotel smells good"

"The hotel rooms are about five floors within a much larger building. The room was very nice and incredibly clean. There’s some small snacks and drinks within the mini bar that are free and replenished within the room every day. The hotel staff are very nice and courteous. Hotel location is great right by the H train."

"Huge rooms by Japan standards. Very comfortable and centrally located. Will definitely stay here again."

"Great location. There is a train station just outside the hotel hat connects to other metro lines in Tokyo. Can also take a short bus ride to Shibuya if you 7 minutes to the bus stop. A short 15 minute walk to Roppongi main street area. The hotel itself is well-maintained and clean."

"Very clean room with bakeries and convenience stores close by. Less than a 10 min walk from a train station which was super nice! "

"The double room for me and my husband was so small! We are not big people but we both struggled to get in and out of the toilet. Also, there was no room for 2 large suitcases in the room, we had no choice but to block the entrance off (which isn’t safe in an emergency). Rooms in Japan are small, we had been in 3 other hotels prior but this took the mic. Also the decor was very outdated from the 90s and no view from window."

"Staff upon arrival seemed to not want to help me. I Stated that I wanted to check in and she said, wait. She immediately went to the further counter to help someone who had just walked up as I did. Very unprofessional. Taller female, slim in build. Did not get her name but she was there on the night of my check in. The one with the mask was very helpful. "
