"The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

"We had a very comfortable one-night stay and would stay again if ever in the area. Late check-in was very smooth, and we found the space clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything we needed. Getting heavy suitcases up the narrow stairway to the third floor (and trying to do so quietly during a late-night arrival so as not to disturb the neighbors) was the only thing we found a little difficult, but that was really nothing in the great scheme of things. Great hosts -- would definitely...

Vintage 1969 Boat on the Providence Marina near Brown University and RISD
Providence
9.0 de 10, Fantàstic, (44 opinions)
"The listing and reviews for this do not accurately describe several issues we experienced. First, you are docked right next to a party boat company with a flag called PVD VIP. At 3 am we were rudely awakened by people screaming on the deck boat with no warning. They do not have a listing on google maps. I hope the owner sees this review and files a complaint so more guests are not woken up by people screaming at 3am. Another issue is the photos do not show how small the entrance sliding door...

"My son and I were really looking forward to staying on this “yacht”, but the experience was very disappointing. The boat did not look like the listing photos, although that was a minor concern compared with what we encountered inside. As soon as we opened the door, we were hit with an overwhelming sewage smell. I immediately notified the host. The odor was unbearable in such a small, enclosed space and persisted throughout our stay. We had to sleep with the door and sunroof open to get fresh...
