"Mooie ligging, heerlijke zitjes buiten, zeer goed ontbijt. Kamer was matig. De grote vlakken, wc, wastafel waren schoon, maar bedlampjes en ander plekken heel stoffig. In de voegen in de douche en bij het dakvenster zat zwarte schimmel. De doorkijkspiegel badkamer/slaapgedeelte was heel vervelend. Hierdoor was er geen fatsoenlijke spiegel in de badkamer. Je zag jezelf, maar deels ook de kamer erachter. Er was alleen een gordijntje aan de kant van de badkamer. Bedden waren prima. En fijn om bij...

"Unglaublich tolle Lage mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten im Rheingau. Die Qualität des Restaurants zum Abendessen war hervorragend, das Frühstück war gut, aber für das aufgerufene Preisniveau noch etwas steigerungsfähig bzgl. Verfügbarkeit einzelner Speisen & Getränke."

"Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location."

"Wir waren in einem erst wenige Monate vorher umgebauten Bereich des Hotels untergebracht. Ein tolles und überaus großzügiges Zimmer, hervorragend ausgestattet und mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück war dafür etwas teuer, umfasste aber auch ein ansprechendes und reichhaltiges Buffet. Das Personal war stets sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplätze (kostenpflichtig) gibt es ausreichend, allerdings haben wir diese nur anfangs genutzt, da auf der Straße reichlich Platz war....

"Beautiful little town and great central location on the Rhine. Overall our 3 night stay was good. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had good choices and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Of note, there is no elevator or assistance to bring up your bags. We were on the 2nd floor and it took some effort to get the bags up the stairs. There is also no staff to help with any issues after 6 pm. Not...

In jeder Ecke und Niesche gibt es etwas zu erkunden und zu entdecken. Es wird einem daher auch nie langweilig, auch wenn man das Burggelände nie verlässt. Ein besonderer Höhepunkt ist der Burggarten. "My husband and I stayed at Das Ebertor Hotel for 3 days. It was a perfect place to explore the Rhine region. Access to trains is a 2 minute walk so easy to get to other towns. KD ferry dock is just out front on the promenade making it super convenient. Breakfast was lovely and a nice way to start the day. Rooms were really clean and spacious. We looked out over the river...spectacular! Great place for a home base"

" Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war durchweg enttäuschend. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr heruntergekommen und ist in einem schlechten, ungepflegten Zustand. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft dreckig, mit Staub, Flecken und deutlich sichtbaren Gebrauchsspuren. Auch das Badezimmer machte keinen hygienischen Eindruck. Die Einrichtung ist alt, beschädigt und offensichtlich seit Jahren nicht erneuert worden. Von dem, was online beworben wird, ist vor Ort kaum etwas wiederzuerkennen. Für den überteuerten...

"Stayed one night to visit Bingen during a rail trip. Excellent view of the river from our room and the hotel is in an excellent location for road rail and boat transport."
