"We LOVED staying here. This was our final stop of a week long trip and it was perfect. The camp itself was clean, well stocked, beautiful, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting by the fire, and watching the loon. Our weather was perfect so we were able to take the canoe, kayaks, and paddle boat out and even jumped off the dock to swim. "This is a great property! It is private and quiet yet you can be in downtown Naples in a few minutes. Very clean with lots of natural light. Plenty of room inside when it is raining but also lots of space outside when it is nice out…and the river passes on both sides of the property because it is on a bit of a peninsula! Also, some older reviews mentioned issues with high mineral content in the water…the house has a filter now and no issues at all with my sensitive skin!"

"Lovely place, very cleaned everything you need except shampoo but I brought some. Beds and couches were comfy. Walk to the pond was a bit farther than expected but a nice walk and the view was perfect . Close to town and grocery store we enjoyed our stay. "

"Nice place, very comfortable, beautiful spot on the lake. House was perfectly cleaned. Appliances and everything included were newish and worked great. Lots of little nice touches around the house. Probably the best rental we've ever had. Owners go above and beyond with obvious pride in their lovely lakeside cottage."

"We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. "

"Boomfish Cottage is a cozy place with everything you could need . It was clean , comfy and serene . It provided the perfect calm for us during a weekend long family wedding at nearby Caswell Flower Farm . It was also easy access for an older person ( me) as well as small children and my little ShihTzu rescue dogs . My granddaughters came by and loved catching minnows in the still warm lake. Extra bonus was enjoying the peak foliage at the lake . Eric , the property manager was very communicative...
