We stayed at this house for our annual friends trip, and it was absolutely fantastic. The home itself was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a group getaway.One of our favorite parts was the wildlife—seeing deer and chipmunks right outside made the experience feel even more special and connected to nature. The setting was serene, with just the right amount of seclusion, and the surrounding landscape was perfect for morning coffee or evening chats on the deck.We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat with friends or family. This rental was the absolute perfect setting for a friend 40th birthday celebration weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the property exceeded our expectations and truly provided a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere for our group. The amenities were outstanding and made the weekend unforgettable. We spent hours enjoying the sparkling pool, followed by cozy evenings gathered around the bonfire pit. Having a quality grill and a nice, well-appointed kitchen made meal prep easy and enjoyable for our entire party. The accommodations were just as impressive; the rooms were spacious and private, providing a comfortable retreat for everyone. Waking up to the stunning sunrises over the property was a memorable bonus! Finally, the location was excellent. We appreciated the easy travel and short drives to nearby towns, allowing us to explore the area without hassle. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a private, luxurious, and perfectly equipped spot for a special event or relaxing vacation. We would definitely book it again!

This is a fabulous house with a million dollar view and remote location. We had five friends who travel together every year and the house was such a treat. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful with beautiful sunrises to enjoy with your morning coffee and a game room to enjoy in the evenings. I want to reiterate that the house is incredible. But with that there are things to be aware of. First, there are many stairs. That isn't clear in the description or pictures. We have someone with MS and the house was difficult to navigate for her. The pool is incredible BUT it isn't heated - which in the northeast means it can be cold and weather dependent. Even though the days were beautiful, it was cooler (low 70's), so nobody swam because the water temp was in the 60's. And lastly, the windows open but there aren't any screens - so opening them isn't an option. For me, I don't like being in air conditioning in the summer. Because our stay was cooler it would have been the perfect location for lake breezes and fresh air, but that wasn't an option. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of. All and all, still an amazing place to stay and the host was very easy to work with.

Beautiful property! This home was perfect for a “girls” getaway. Tastefully decorated - furnishings and bedding were comfortable and high quality. The views of the lake were spectacular. Location is very private, yet a short ride to Canandaiqua for restaurants and shopping. The hosts were very responsive when we had any questions. We have rented several properties over the years and we all agreed that this one was one of the best! Highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. We swam all day, used the game room every night, and had our smores at the firepit. All of the appliances are state-of-the-art. We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and the double hot air stove. The retractable awning over the deck was a plus with the hot sun. The interior design and exterior property are beautiful. We lacked for nothing!

We had a wonderful stay in the Panorama house. The view was absolutely amazing. We spent a lot of time on the outside deck and the retractable awning was terrific. The pool was clean with rafts and loungers to relax. Everything inside was new and very clean. Lots of space. Game room was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Pictures do not do this property justice. View of lake is absolutely stunning and the house is beautiful. My family of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren fit very comfortably. Amazing Views, Amazing Property, Great Entertainment

Would highly recommend stay with Heidi in Naples. Her property was amazing, lots of things to do, private, amazing pool, deck and view. We absolutely loved it. There was one minor issue with bbq propane, but all in all, the experience was truly amazing nonetheless. Thanks very much!

Amazing week with an incredible view

We had the best time at this gorgeous house! The view was spectacular There was plenty of room for our group of 7 ranging from 16 to 82 years old. We spent every day in the pool and every evening watching movies or hanging out in the game room. No complaints, would love to stay again.

A True Getaway

We were blessed to have spent a beautiful week in this house for our family vacation. The unique multi-level layout allowed everyone to have enough space while also feeling very connected. The outside of the property will genuinely take your breath away. Pictures do not capture the magic of this gorgeous place. Plenty of wineries and nearby activities. The best days were spent by the pool and enjoying the view. The hosts were extremely responsive and thoughtful. Can't wait to come back soon!

Look no further!

Pictures do not do this place justice! That includes the view of the lake! Stayed here with a group of friends for a long weekend and there was more than enough space for us to spread out as well as get together. The inside of this rental is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and just plain comfortable. I can honestly say it is the nicest rental I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying and was thrilled to share the experience with friends. Cute little towns every which way and a beautiful drive over to Seneca Lake as well. No need to make that drive though as there is plenty to do nearby. Heidi was VERY quick to respond to my questions before and during our stay and was generous with suggestions on nearby attractions when I requested them. We all agreed this house must have the BEST view of Canandaigua Lake. What a gem!!

This place is amazing

This property surpassed all our expectations. It is just incredibly beautiful, comfortable, luxurious. The views are espectacular, the beds incredibly comfortable, there are games to keep everyone entertained. Words cannot do it justice. It is also just a few minutes away from skiing and wineries, which was very convenient We came in the winter and had an amazing time. This is probably the best rental we have stayed at. Would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway!

We had an incredible stay at the most beautiful home we’ve ever had the opportunity to rent. The view, the pool, the features were all superb. The home was fully stocked, so we didn’t need to bring anything with us. Our whole family can’t wait to rent again next summer!
