"Was in town to visit my niece. Was very impressed with how nicely the room was layed out. It was a one room suite and had plenty of room and amenities (Stove, Microwave,Refrigerator). Would definitely recommend and use them again "

"Excellent little getaway spot! The cabin is adorable, well-decorated, and well stocked with offline activities. The little AC unit really puts in work and we were never sweaty. The location does a great job of placing you in a perfect viewing location for birds, turtles, and butterflies. We were able to walk over to the winery fairly easily."

"We traveled from out of town for my grandmother‘s funeral. It was the perfect oasis we needed during our difficult time. The host was amazing with communication and making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.The house and backyard were more than we expected.. highly recommend! Will definitely book again."

"This home was very beautiful. We had little to no issues. There was a misunderstanding about how the heating/cooling system worked. The owner was very attentive to any and every need we had. He was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. I wish he would've disclosed in advance that he would be residing in the basement during our stay. It may the stay a little awkward. Please ask lots of questions before booking to eliminate certain surprises. Other than that, I would recommend...

"I stayed at the Blue Heron with my 2 kids (2 and 10) and my large dog. The fenced in large yard was absolutely wonderful to have everyone outside when at the house. I loved the lot - so much space on 3 of the sides without being right on top of another house! The bay view off the side of the house really topped it off! The house was incredibly clean inside. As an unexpected surprise, there’s an auto ice maker in the freezer, saving me from having to make a trip to a store with the kids for...

"The host was extremely gracious and made my mom dinner while we were out of town in New York for a couple of days during our stay. I had made other arrangements for her while we were away since my mom does not drive but the host went above and beyond. The walking trails around the property were wonderful, we walked 3 miles pretty much every morning that we were there around the wooded trails. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the view of the pond behind the house."

"We adored this pet-friendly cottage that is right on the water of the Potomac. It is very nicely decorated, the beds are incredibly comfortable, the internet was fast and the TVs were all smart TVs with plenty of streaming options. "The house is very eclectic. We really enjoyed looking at all of the art and antiques that are displayed. The host was amazing and very helpful. We had a wonderful time. The only caveat is that I would not recommend for toddlers. There is numerous items within their reach that could be damaged. It is packed with things for older children,and our granddaughter had a great time. Thanks to Tammy for making our stay amazing. Would definitely come back "
