"We are were a family of four.Overall the hotel, was really good because the staff’s service was top notch. The food there was tasty and it was good because it had less oil unlike other restaurants outside. The rooms are huge with a nice spacious living room and it has nice scenery with Guilin mountains."

"Beautifully appointed rooms with high windows, A/C, comfortable beds, and a fantastic English speaking host, Demi. We loved the “Western Breakfast” b/c after 2 weeks of continuous Chinese food we were really craving a break. Eggs, waffle, juice, coffee really hit the spot. I can also vouch for the Muesli over yogurt. The pizza is “different” but I still enjoyed. "Wonderful hotel away from the hustle and bustle in Tuen, but close enough to walk to things. very well appointed rooms, beautiful views as advertised in the photos, with not blocked by other buildings, the beautiful gardens in front and access to the river walkways were a big plus, staff fluent in english, very good food in their hotel restaurant, (much better than offsite options). I spent three very relaxing days there during a busy first trip to China, doing a bit of tai chi. There were...

"Staff was efficient and keep in communication with me quickly for my inquiries. Check in was easy and fast. No elevator for the hotel as its only up to the 4th floor. No ref in room. Easy access to West street and coming in from the Li River Cruise from Guilin, didnt need a car to get here. "

"The room was beautiful and we got a free upgrade. The staff were so kind and helpful, giving us suggestions for things to do and making us food even when we got in very late! I would definitely stay here again, it is a bit outside the city center which means it was very peaceful."
