"This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to many downtown sites. I loved the friendly service, the artistry and the gems I found whilst walking around the neighborhood. (Public Library, River Walk, Convention Center.) I would gladly stay there again."

"We enjoyed our stay overall! The only downfalls, which were minor..but enforcing the quiet time...after 11pm guests above us continually banged and jumped until about 12a.m. Then were up early at 7am doing the same thing. Can't do much about that...it is a place filled with kids! "

"Pretty hotel. Nice check in staff. Pool is pretty but small. Fire alarm went off at 2am due to being attached to a neighboring parking garage system. No comps offered for the inconvenience. Self pay parking is $26 so be expected for that add on expense because limited neighborhood parking available. Shower and bed were nice but cleanliness around the bathroom was b grade. Overall 4.2"

"I liked the ease of getting to the hotel and the cleanliness The breakfast was cold most mornings and needed to be microwaved to be hot. When I went to check-in I was told they tried to call me as my card was declined. I corrected the problem and they ran my card with no problem. The problem I have is no one called and when I made the reservation I told them i would pay in person. When I got home I found a bill in my inbox. I have found Best Western to be a reliable hotel chain but after this I...

"We have stayed here a few times in the past and this was by far our best visit! The new updates were amazing, staff was so helpful and kind, food and drink selections were great, new outdoor patio furniture was nice, beds cozy, shower pressure top notch, etc.! We had a lovely time and will be back. "

"The property was clean and beautiful with comfortable beds, excellent room amenities, and a large bathroom. Every area of the property was tastefully decorated. We enjoyed walking through Meadowbrook Park and ate breakfast twice at The Market. The pool is small but we had it to ourselves in the morning! Looks out onto a lake with a fountain…peaceful. Beautiful fire pit areas and patios all around to enjoy the outdoors. This will definitely be where we stay for future KC visits. "
