Hotel JAL City Nagano
"We were on 3rd floor. A floor that's had little attention since it was built, it was old, toilet leaked. Air con was central controlled and was blasting out hot... soom was hotter than a sauna. Temp was bearable with air con off and windows open. Coin operated laundry was excellent, as was location ..."
