My husband had a surgery at MDAnderaon nearby, so the location was great for me to go back and forth to the hospital and the hotel shuttle service was very convenient to get me to the hospital and back to the hotel. Front staff helped me with some changes to my reservation. Definitely will stay here for any medical needs in the future. "

"The lobby, elevator and room itself were very clean; however, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. I found hair on linens that didn’t belong to me and hairs in the tub. I had to wipe it down before using it. "

"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had any issues. However, my recent stay was different. I'm not sure if they changed the mattresses but I woke up feeling like I had slept on the sidewalk. The bed was hard and uncomfortable."

"The toilet sometimes would delay in flushing and the hot water took about five to ten minutes to warm up. This was reported to the staff that was very friendly, they were gonna give me 5000 Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience but I have yet to see it. The stay was good inspite of those issues."
