"Room was Clean, Didn’t have a stinch, Cleaning Staff was VERY HELPFUL, HARDWORKING. Breakfast was GREAT,FRESH, and OPTIONAL. Parking was great, and available through out our stay. There was a Security Present. Thier is a fee though. MAKE SURE U DO YOUR RESEARCH."

"The issues we had; we were there from Thurs to Sunday and never saw cleaning staff. I even told staff to clean and they didn’t. Also, we called down for clean towels and they never came. Had to go down to get them ourselves. Also, there is no 24 hr shuttle as advertised. It’s only for the Medical Center transports. The other issue is there are no good nearby restaurants making it expensive to stay here. The location is only good for the stadium and that is a 40 minute walk at least. Ubers back...

"The staff could not have been any more accommodating. Front desk was polite, knowledgeable and aiming to please. My room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast was what you would expect. I made use of the complementary shuttle for an appointment I had at Houston Methodist. Sergio, the driver was kind enough to make sure he got me back to the hotel in time to meet a scheduled ride I had to the airport. It was a quick trip and time sensitive. "We booked this hotel kind of last minute, so I was a little nervous- The property itself seems a little bit older, but the owners have done an excellent job maintaining this property. We had a room with a kitchen and everything looked freshly painted. The parking lot lines and exterior looked freshly painted. The grout, sheets, and towels were all bright white- we were very pleasantly surprised. Both staff at the front desk that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful."

"It’s more of a Hampton Inn with the “Westin” logo on it. Arrived and the valet person was deeply sleeping. Perhaps even drunk. Don’t trust the $57 a night parking at all. Noisy, next to traffic and train station. Got a smaller room than what’s in the picture. Fridge door barely opens, blocked by the bed. Motel quality bathroom, the cheapest brand toilet paper. Flush is horrible. Hotel got a gas leak, couldn’t sleep and breath well. Therefore no hot water in the shower. All and all, the wors stay...

"Okay for a quick trip, we stayed for two nights on the third floor. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom is remodeled, but there was no toilet seat cover. I also felt the room needed a deep clean. Overall it was a super convenient location and the staff was friendly."

"男1人、Ｗ杯の観戦で利用しました。施設はハリウッド映画で見る「モーテル」といった佇まい。ただ部屋は清潔でベッドは巨大！電源も豊富で快適に過ごせました。シャワースペースに照明がないことと、ジャグジーの使い方が分かりにくいのがちょっと残念。ホテルではないのでアメニティはないと思ってご自身で用意する方がいいでしょう。冷房はめっちゃ効いてます。滞在中は日中40℃近くになりましたが、部屋は逆に凍える寒さなので薄手の服で調節が必要です。止めてしまうと今度は蒸し暑さで熱中症になります。 食事の提供は菓子パンのみだと思いますが、周辺にはコンビニ併設のＧＳや各種ファストフード店、もう少し足を延ばすと徒歩圏内にテキサスBBQが味わえる店などが結構あるので短期ならそれほど困りません。ただ宿の最寄りの交差点付近にホームレスの方が必ず数人いらっしゃいます。１度だけ結構な勢いでまくしたてながら追いかけられ肝を冷やしましたが、結果的に特に被害はなく、今となっては「これぞアメリカ！」といういい思い出です。しかしながら、何も起きなかったからこそ言えることなので、不安に感じる方はダウンタウンのホテルを利用しましょう。"
