Great condo in an elevator building.Best location on the grand strand,located minutes from the two on site golf courses and Broadway at the beach, shopping, restaurants, Ripken experience, waves water park and of course the beach, relax on your patio with your favorite beverage with the sound of the water fountain in the background. Minutes from the airport, condo can sleep 8 people and has a fully stocked kitchen including bakeware. New carpet, furniture, beds, mattress, paint, TVs, (65’ in the living rm and 32” in the bedrooms) updated door hardware and beautiful paintings, it truly is your home away from home, perfect for a family beach vacation or golfers looking to play a couple of the 100 courses that Myrtle Beach has to offer. PLEASE BE ADVISED that there are NO MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS, RVs ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. Thank you

Property was GREAT, clean, no pests. Only complaint is coffee maker {KEURIG} not a fan. I have a 12 pot for travel, but failed to bring on this trip. Wanted to contact Herbert, but failed to be able to contact him further. He is an informative & excellent host. Would highly recommend, & return in the future.

Great time

The property was great. The condo met all of our needs. It was clean and spacious. My granddaughter didn’t want to leave. Everything is only a short drive from condo and three out of seven pools are in walking distance.

Loved it!

This condo was very spacious, comfortable and homey. The ponds out back were beautiful to walk around in the morning or evenings. Very friendly neighborhood!Plenty of shops, restaurants, entertainment and attractions near by. Definitley would recommend!!

Clean and spacious

My family and I rented this condo for Bike Week. It was very clean and spacious. The check in process was simple. There were plenty clean towels. The host checked in to make sure our stay was pleasant. The only drawback was not being able to park our motorcycles on the property. However, it was also a good thing because it cut down on the noise.

Weekend Getaway

My family and I stayed at this condo for a wedding we attended, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed. The condo suited us perfectly and was very clean. Our stay couldn't have been better, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Home Away From Home

Came in town just for the weekend on a Girls getaway! We absolutely loved Herbert’s condo it was very spacious, clean, well stocked and in a prime location with a beautiful,serine view of a lake with a fountain wish we could have stayed longer. Great closet space and big bathrooms. Only suggestion I would make is for housekeeping to clean up the spiderwebs on the patio other than that this place was pristine! Chefs kiss!

Will definitely stay again

Myself and 4 other women stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. It was spacious and enough room for everyone. Upon arrival check-in was easy utilizing the lockbox. Place looked like it was professionally cleaned, I was very impressed. This place is in a great location, everywhere we intended to go was literally like 10-20 minutes away. Will definitely stay again or try any of his other properties.
