**There is currently an ocean outfall being constructed nearby. At this time there be may increased noise and portions of the beach may be closed. You will still be able to access the beach. This project should be complete by the end of February.**

Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. 10 minute walk to the Convention Center, 30 minute walk to Broadway at the Beach, or the Boardwalk.

Take in incredible views at this oceanfront condo! Located on the second floor, it offers stunning vistas over the Atlantic Ocean. You can breathe easy because we have just installed a UV-C Sanitizer into the HVAC system. This condo features flat screen televisions, wireless internet, central heat and A/C, and tile flooring throughout the unit. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and of course a coffee maker. The building features a heated indoor pool that you can enjoy year round, a hot tub, an outdoor pool, and it is right on the ocean so you can soak up the salt and the sand!

With all of the nearby attractions you may only stop in to recharge your batteries. This condo is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, and is close to everything. It is only a 10 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. A 20 minute walk can get you to the Boardwalk, where you can find arcades, gift shops, amusements, bars, and restaurants. A 30 minute walk can take you to Broadway at the Beach, the areas largest shopping,dining, and amusement district. You are sure to find something there for the whole family!

CLEANING & LINEN SERVICE POLICY: The unit is provided with pillows, linens, blankets, towels, kitchen towels, comforters, hand towels & wash cloths including extras located in closets. A cleaning service to clean the house and linens on your departure is included on your invoice. It is your responsibility for all debris, rubbish and discards are placed in plastic bags and transferred to the trash compactor in the back of the parking garage, and soiled dishes and cooking utensils are washed and cleaned. Linens, blankets, pillows, bedspreads, comforters and towels are provided. It is standard for beds to be made for Guests arrival (except pull out couches not fully made) as part of the linen and cleaning service. The unit is provided with a starter set of toilet paper & paper towels. Managers do not guarantee that these extra items will always be available and guests may need to replenish their own paper goods, toiletries, & dish detergent, etc.

CONDITION OF PROPERTY: Managers have, to the best of their ability, given an accurate description of the property and it’s condition. Guest understands that it is considered as reserved "sight unseen". Our cleaning staff will have cleaned it before your occupancy. All electrical, plumbing and appliances should be in working order. The failures of operation of certain extra amenities, such as TVs, cable, or the Internet and WiFi service are not a basis for any refund. Manager will make every effort to have these items repaired but does not guarantee that they will be repaired during Guests occupancy. When you arrive, if you find that the house has not been cleaned to normal standards please notify the Manager immediately. We will do our best to have tradesmen attend to any issues. The Guest agrees to hold the Manager harmless from any liability for the condition of the house. Due to the nature of beach properties, the sand, stairs, decks and concrete are not always stable. Use at your own risk.

CLEANING & REPAIRS: All units have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card. Guest agrees to keep house, furniture and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding or changing furniture without Manager’s written approval shall be deemed a material breach of this Rental Agreement, and is strictly prohibited. Guest is responsible for cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items. Under no circumstances can any furnishing or linen be taken outside onto the beach.

ENTRY OF PREMISES: With Guest’s permission, which is hereby given, Manager or Manager’s representative may enter the premises during reasonable daylight hours without securing prior permission from Guest, but shall give Guest notice of such entry immediately prior if possible and immediately thereafter. For inventory and maintenance purposes a property management employee of the Manager may need to enter the premises. The same permission procedure applies as above. In any emergency, Manager or Manager’s servicing agents may enter the premises at any time without permission of Guest for the purposes of making repairs to alleviate such emergency.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: No lifeguard may be on duty. Accordingly, persons using the beach or pool do so at their own risk and the Manager assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Managers harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters` negligent acts or omissions.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children we allow on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include access to the balcony, ocean, pool, adjacent street, and cleaning supplies in the house.

FURNITURE: All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guest`s departure or an additional charge will be made. MISSING ITEMS - Renters will be charged for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after Guests depart and notifies the Manager of any missing items. Manager will notify guests in the event that items were inadvertently taken, and provide guests the opportunity to return the missing items.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

PERSONAL PROPERTY: Guest understands that any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Manager and Manager shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property of the Guest or property of Guest left after check out NO

PARTIES - This is not a party house. The Renter must be 25 years of age to book this Vacation Rental. Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on registration form) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Manager`s advanced approval. Prom parties, fraternity or sorority parties and graduation parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exception.

NON-SMOKING - This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the unit by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts & filters and furniture. This type of clean up is expensive and Renter is Liable for the deep cleaning Costs incurred. NO EXCEPTIONS

PETS NOT ALLOWED. If you bring a pet(s), this rental agreement will be forfeited, terminated and deposits will be retained and a deep cleaning fee will apply.

CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT - Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is 10:00 AM. A late checkout is subject to extra rental charges at the rate of $100/hour after a grace period of 30 minutes. Guests may arrange for extra nights in advance to avoid any late checkout fees. Extra nights are charged at the daily rate and may be granted if available. If Guests are not present when cleaning crews arrive and have left their possessions in the house, cleaning crews will collect their possessions and remove them from the premises in order to prepare the unit for incoming guests and Guest will be charged $150 for this service. PLEASE checkout promptly, the cleaning crews have a very short time window to prepare the unit for new guests.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES - Renters are responsible for collecting their belongings and taking trash to the large trash cans near the elevator upon check-out. Please ensure that the door is locked when you leave.

HOLDING OVER: Because of the nature of Manager`s business (short term recreational rentals) Guest understands, and is hereby put on notice that any unauthorized "holding over" of the property past the stated rental period could severely jeopardize Managers business and cause loss of rental income from other previously booked guests, temporary and/or permanent loss of business, goodwill and reputation and, among other things, could force Manager to breach an agreement with similar short term summer and winter recreational Guest(s) who may have reservations during Guest`s unauthorized "holding over" period. In the event, Manager may be legally liable in damages to said other guests. Guests should be aware that unauthorized "holding over" has been construed as a factor in establishing "malicious continuing occupation" of rental property, which may entitle Manager to treble damages in any unlawful detained action. Guest also recognizes the unauthorized "holding over" could be grounds in court as a cause of action for intentionally interfering with Manager’s prospective business advantage. In addition, we will charge $100.00 an hour past 10:30 a.m. on day of check out.

Fantastic room

For 2 to 3 people you dont need anything else. The room was clean, property was nice, and location was close enough to walk to the boardwalk and attractions. I plan on staying again.

Nice view of the beach. The condo was nicely decorated. The shower water smelled funny but there was construction nearby so maybe it was affected. Great host. Very attentive and prompt with a door lock issue at check in.

Lovely spot to stay

This one bedroom Condo and location is perfect for us. It’s an older unit, but it’s updated, clean, building services friendly and keep the area spotless. Brad our property manager responded to any queries quickly and took great care of us. Just a few minor items that should be addressed: -Patio door very hard to open and close. -stove..2 burners didn’t work, probably just a fuse and no degree markers on the controllers to know what temperature you want. -would be nice to have microwave in a lower location ( my wife couldn’t reach it..lol) Overall 5 Star condo…we will return ❤️🇨🇦 -

Great stay for the price!

The only issues we had were no parking passes in the room upon check in but the property manager was extremely quick to respond and resolve the issue. The only other thing I can complain about is the sound of the air conditioner. It makes loud, strange sounds when it clicks on, which makes it difficult to sleep if you’re sleeping on the pull out couch. Otherwise, everything was nice!

Great stay!

Great stay and within walking distance of everything. It was myself, my husband and our two kiddos for this rental.They had a pull out couch for our kiddos. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans/ toaster/ oven/ microwave/fridge. Also within walking distance to the pier from the beach and easy access from the streets to the pier. We had a great time!

Awesome place to stay

The booking process was simple. The owner answered all my questions and was very helpful. The checkin process was simple. The condo was very clean. The amenities were great. I highly recommend staying here. I plan on coming back.

Great location and price!

Condo was nice. Clean, stocked well and cozy. Met the needs of my wife and I and our two grandsons(ages 10 and 6). Bed in bedroom was comfortable and large. My grandsons slept on the pull-out sofa bed and had no issues. There was no parking pass in the cabinet when we arrived, but I called the owner, Brad, and he delivered a pass within 15 minutes! Location is great, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We would recommend this condo and have No problem staying there again! Jim C

Awesome!

This was my first time booking via vrbo. I overseen all the comments that previous renters had left. We had a fabulous time. We did have a problem with the coffee pot the first morning, but was brought a new coffee pot by the host the same day. I would definitely stay here again!

Do not stay with young family

It says recently renovated, but looks like just added a slab on granite countertop. This place was dirty, cramped, and outdated. We started with no parking passes provided to us, but reading signs all over saying our vehicle would be towed without one. The owner did show up with them for us after reaching out. We killed lots of bugs, had trash fall out of the cupboards when opening them, old food, trash, muck in the kitchen. Dishes and garbage left over from last guests. Couldn’t open the fridge drawers because it ran into the cupboard it was so cramped. You could poke a hole in the wall with your finger because desperate need of dry wall repair. The chairs and couch had stains on them. And lastly, the balcony overlooks the parking lot where another guest and taken human feces and thrown it onto a car windshield from a close by balcony. NOT a place a felt comfortable with my two young children. We booked somewhere else for the remainder of our stay and have not heard back from the host on these issues. Maybe if you’re single and just need a place to crash, you could stay here.

Great place to stay!

We rented the same place last year and loved it. We returned for our honeymoon and loved it again! The only extremely minor issues were that the air filter needed replaced, bathroom vent fan was in need of a cleaning and the wall by the TV was dusty. Again all minor things that should be addressed by the cleaners. But we had an absolute blast at this location. Perfectly placed for shopping and restaurants. The pools and hot tubs were amazing and the views of the beach were perfect!
