"Checked in later than expected but I made sure to contact the resort to let them know. Once my family arrived we were giving keys to our unit. When I opened the door to our unit, I was disappointed because we did not get a remodeled unit. I phoned down to front desk to inquire about it and hopefully we could get switched, but the lady told me I would have to wait to speak with the managers Ashley or Grant in the morning, and she would make a note. Of course I never received a follow up call...

The only thing that was a bummer was no indoor pool and just needed a little bit more of a variety of breakfast options. Also, when checking in I had a older Caucasian lady that assisted with our checking in she was ok BUT I did notice that although she wasn't assisting anyone upon our arrival she was carrying on a conversation that was I guess a little more important than...

"This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....
