"The property was clean and smelled great. The front desk clerk was great and friendly! I had problems with accounting staff for the refund of 2 accidental fee they charge. I am still waiting for my money back after 2 weeks of my stay! Very unprofessional manager that I talked too. Every conversation we had talking over me when I was asking questions! Maybe need some customer service training!!!!!"

"There was no directio. On where to empty garbage cans in the room. There was not enough towels. Since this is a private owned room, we had to try to figure out garbage disposal and there were not enough towels. Parking was not clear so we needed to call a gain and again. The room was nice. The neighbors were loud at night. The pools were not very clean."

"Overall I liked the condo and would probably stay here again depending on the rate. There were a few updates/changes I would make If I were the owner. The room with the bunk beds has TERRIBLE lighting. Literally just one bedside lamp that puts off hardly any light, and the queen bed in that room makes a terrible squeaking racket any time you move. It also has no room or storage for luggage or clothing which was inconvenient. Having two bathrooms was very nice and the livingroom and kitchen area...

"The property was updated from the original booking photos. The property was pretty well maintained, when we did arrive there was some frozen popsicles left in the freezer. Communication could have been in instructions to advise where to take out trash etc. Do ensure you bring your own products as they do not supply extra. Was really convenient having a washer and dryer on site, the buttons were pushed in on the machine but still operated. You got a clear front view of the ocean. We would...

"Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed being close to popular activities. Checking in went smoothly the staff is friendly. Our porch door handle was broken which I had to make note of in fear my deposit money for the room wouldn’t be refunded. Thanks for having us! "

"Thos property is cant miss! Everything you need is on the resort or a short drive away! The villa was so spacious for our family of five. The pools were clean, heated, and great for all ages! The villa had a full kitchen, which allowed us to save on eating out. We enjoyed ourselves so much, my wife and I have already booked for later in the year, for our anniversary! "
