"Checked in later than expected but I made sure to contact the resort to let them know. Once my family arrived we were giving keys to our unit. When I opened the door to our unit, I was disappointed because we did not get a remodeled unit. I phoned down to front desk to inquire about it and hopefully we could get switched, but the lady told me I would have to wait to speak with the managers Ashley or Grant in the morning, and she would make a note. Of course I never received a follow up call...

"This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....

"This was a great hotel, clean, cleaning staff very attentive maintenance came quickly when needed for a minor issue. The only thing that was a bummer was no indoor pool and just needed a little bit more of a variety of breakfast options. Also, when checking in I had a older Caucasian lady that assisted with our checking in she was ok BUT I did notice that although she wasn't assisting anyone upon our arrival she was carrying on a conversation that was I guess a little more important than...

"I was highly disappointed in this resort. The rom was clean but smelled. Carpet definitely needs to be changed. Parking is horrible!!!! The only thing I can say was GREAT was the staff. Will not be returning"

"The prices should be much lower, considering the rest construction in the way between buildings. He had to walk to the lobby from another building and it was a horrible walk because of the construction it doesn’t feel like a good restore. The pool is dirty, they don’t have umbrellas out to rent by the beach, the area with the umbrellas and chairs are a mess and never gets organized. The building smells. The elevators are dirty. I will never stay here again. "
