"Checked in later than expected but I made sure to contact the resort to let them know. Once my family arrived we were giving keys to our unit. When I opened the door to our unit, I was disappointed because we did not get a remodeled unit. I phoned down to front desk to inquire about it and hopefully we could get switched, but the lady told me I would have to wait to speak with the managers Ashley or Grant in the morning, and she would make a note. Of course I never received a follow up call...

"This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....

"This was a great hotel, clean, cleaning staff very attentive maintenance came quickly when needed for a minor issue. The only thing that was a bummer was no indoor pool and just needed a little bit more of a variety of breakfast options. Also, when checking in I had a older Caucasian lady that assisted with our checking in she was ok BUT I did notice that although she wasn't assisting anyone upon our arrival she was carrying on a conversation that was I guess a little more important than...

"Room smelled weird and was very dirty. Very outdated. Tried our best to “settle in” but things just felt off. It was late and we found a cockroach in the bathroom and knowing that; where there is one…there are more, we called the front desk immediately and they moved us very quickly to the highest floor and the room was a little bit cleaner, but still not great. This was our only option due to what time it was so we went to manager first thing in the next morning to request a full refund. We did...
