"Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. "The hotel reception staff were very welcoming and super helpful, and quick to respond when we required some maintenance help in our room. The room was clean, although a little dated, and could do with a slight modernisation. However, the staff kept the hotel very clean. The location was great- a 2min walk to the subway, so easy to get places quickly if we didn’t fancy a walk, and was a 10min walk to Central Park. There was also a good selection of restaurants nearby as well as bakeries, bars...
