"The good: very reasonable price, we felt safe enough, it was convenient to Midway Airport (15 minutes by car, straight up Cicero), and there are lots of food options nearby. The bad: the room was full of dark hairs, long and short, all over (our family is all blond, no chance it was us). The chairs had long strips of fabric hanging from them. The bathroom door was dirty and didn't close. Even the door key they handed us was dirty. The room next door started a party at 9pm. At 5am someone...

"We like the closeness to businesses for needed amenities (food, personal items, hygiene products, public transportation). We already recommended the hotel to a friend who is traveling to Chicago in September!"

"We checked in around 3pm money was immediately taken out from my account . We stayed for 1 night immediately we checked out in the morning we received another notification money was taken out again we quickly went to the reception and showed proof of payment charged X2 $450 they were not helpful instead they informed us to call the bank which we did. The bank confirmed that the Hotel took payment X2 they have to refund our money or we should file a dispute. Waited 1 week no payment came we...

"Don’t get fooled by the room rate; you’ll still have to pay to eat breakfast($18 a person) and $23 a night to park your car. Ridiculous!! I could have stayed elsewhere for a little bit more for the room and gotten free parking and breakfast! The hotel does offer an airport shuttle “but not on weekends.” How unhelpful!! And although there are fridges in the rooms, the only microwave is ONE in the lobby for everybody. I don’t like standing in the middle of the lobby with my family heating up...

"This was a great property in a great part of town. Updated and clean. Room set-up was a little strange as the TV is to the side of the bed, so makes watching TV a little odd from the bed. Breakfast was ok."

"The staff was friendly and breakfast was terrific. The rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the indoor pool was suppose to be heated. Usually, the room an indoor pool is in would be warm, but it was cold so I dont know if that is impacting the pool's temperature. Everything else was good, but the pool would have been a nice."

"Room was a good size. Was here for over a month for work. Having laundry was a nice bonus. The ladies at the front desk are always happy and helpful. Overall a decent place for the price. Would definitely stay here again"
