"Gorgeous property. Beautiful rooms especially overlooking the River Walk. Room service is amazing and great food but a 25% gratuity is already added in. I just thought that was extremely high but the food was worth it. I would go there again. Staff were kind and the valet was congenial. There’s a parking lot directly across the street for $9.00 a day or each time you go in and out so there’s no need to pay the $60 per day for valet parking at the hotel."

"Rooms were quiet, beds are amazing you will get a good nights rest, staff very helpful. breakfast was very delicious. If you want to see what is around the hotel the river walk bars and restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance i can say i will return and stay at this hotel 100%.Also has rooftops amazing city views, bar pool, food service you don't have to leave the hotel at all it has everything and many places to explore.. Amazing experience."

"Breakfast okay.The first room we got the fridge was dirty and wasn't working.The bedsheets had the same color of red stain of food too.We got a different room as soon as we told the lady in front desk.The beds are so firm felt like I was sleeping on the floor.Plus,they are full size.Online it says queen.Usually,at other hotels I've stayed they are queen.You can hardly fit 2 persons on it.The pool was okay.But,it was dirty like they don't clean it.My husband was taking the leaves out.And cleaned...

"The hotel was centrally located and allowed us to walk to just about anywhere we wanted to go-the riverwalk, Alamo and lots of dining. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, better than typical hotel food."

"The location in relation to the tourist attraction, especially the riverwalk, was great. The view from the top floor suite, fantastic. The complementary continental breakfast and cocktail hour, wonderful. Since the room is a suite, I criticize the tired paint on the bathroom door and the shower fitting needing an extra tightening to stop the water from flowing. But I’d rent the room again if I return to San Antonio"

"Close to events on river walk. Everything was a little pricy. Uber to Alamodome dropped handicapped persons outside of the dome, you had to walk the rest of the way coming back uber would not come inside to pick up. 3 cancelled. Bad experience. We missed our dinner appt"
