"Great location but there were some things we didn't like. The "free" breakfast was so crowded. Also many of the items were not protected as they should be from contamination. The floors were sticky throughout the hotel. I think next time we might opt for a more elevated experience."

"The Inn on the Riverwalk is a very nice property located on a street that dead ends at the riverwalk. There is almost no traffic and the area is nice and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was freshly prepared and was quite good. Overall, our stay was great."

"Friendly staff clean room the shower was definitely my favorite felt like I could stay in there all day long close to the riverwalk and convention center in the Alamodome all within walking distance highly recommend"

"Element is a shared building between Westin and Ac by Marriott. No worries, they have separate elevators and amenities. Good location. We were able to watch the fireworks in our room . Breakfast was a plus. Will book again."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable. Only thing they didn't have in the room was a microwave that I could have used. But it was ok cause they had a restaurant and a coffee & bar area. Every thing we ate at both places was very good!"

"Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the pool and loved the rooftop bar. We ate dinner at Dean’s steakhouse and the food/experience were comparable to Bohanan’s. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an elevated hotel experience in the downtown San Antonio area."

"We enjoyed our stay. One of the rooms we rented was not very clean. The mirrors in the bathroom were very dirty and there was trash in the bathroom at time of check in. Other than that, staff was very kind and helpful. Friendly. Beautiful hotel. Will come again. Coffee was wonderful. Breakfast was good. Not ready by 6:30 a.m.- we went back to our room and by the time we returned at 7:30 a.m., things were much better. Great food!"
