"The plugs by the sink had the only mirror that you could use to put on makeup..... and they were so tight, none of our American items (curling iron, shaver etc) could fit without possibly ruining the items because you had to force it. Also, the draw refrigerator (who does that???) didn't work so they had to bring us a small one to plug into and put ontop of the bureau. There is no microwave, no real coffee machine except an "espresso machine that hardly worked at all and 2 pods to use that...

"Our 3-night stay at The Fairmount was outstanding from the time we checked in until the time we departed. The staff is world-class, always going above and beyond to make their guests feel welcomed. We had a beautiful two room suite on the third floor complete with all the amenities one would need. Highly recommend the quaint, boutique hotel for your get-away to San Antonio - you won't find a better location."

"Unique property right on the Riverwalk. It has a charming Spanish feel. Great location, tons of restaurants, nice outdoor pool area and the rooms were nice although a little on the small side."

"Beautiful property close to all the action. Our room was incredibly loud the first night, but the staff quickly found us a quieter room for our toddler the rest of the stay. We did encounter some small issues (tv remote missing, wardrobe light wouldn’t turn off). Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would be back. The staff is stellar."

"I enjoyed my stay here. It was close to a lot of places so I was able to just walk everywhere instead of getting Uber. I do wished my room had a bathroom fan and microwave or fridge so I wasn’t able to save any of my leftovers when I ate out. Other than those issues, I would still book here again."
